Hi! Welcome to my fundraising page! My name is Emma, I am 26, and I am excited to take part in the Biking for Babies mission as a biker. The most precious creation from God is human life. He calls all of us here to experience His love in our own special ways. This journey through life has it's ups and downs, but it is always worth fighting for and defending. I am taking part in the Biking for Babies mission to help pregnant mothers in crisis know they are not alone.
Chester County Connect Care is one of many amazing oganizations that provides not only resources to women in crisis pregnancies, but love and care through their pregnancy journey and beyond. A community of support is what we all need when life gets challenging and that is what these pregnancy centers provides among medical care and more. As a Biking for Babies missionary my goal is to raise awareness an funds for these centers so they can continue to care for women and their babies.
I will be biking alongside 3 others and 2 support crew members from Raleigh, North Carolina to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to raise funds and renew a culture that supports life given to us by God! The National Ride consists of biking 600 milies in 6 days is daunting; not easy and something I would not expect to be doing! But saying YES to this mission and entering into the unknown is also what these mothers have to to when they say YES to Life! This ride will allow me to rely on God in a new way, and through that I hope to experience his love deeper than before.
I have watched the outside the Biking for Babies missionaries for the past 5 years, as my sister has been a missionary with this group, and I have noticed the deep relationships and bonds that come from it. In part, I beleive that is attributed to going through this challenge as a group, and offering each other encouragement, and sacrificing for the good of others.
