Hi there! My name is Patrick Nelson and I'm a second year missionary. I'm from Virginia but I'll be a senior at Oklahoma State University next year. This year I'm serving as the Support Crew Team Leader on the Oklahoma Team. I'm excited to grow in virtue as I learn to help and serve those struggling around me.
Last year I joined Biking for Babies out of a desire to participate in a concrete way for a cause I care so deeply about. This year, I returned because I know the good things B4B does for its missionaries and pregnancy resource centers. As a support crew missionary, I'll be contacting our National Ride hosts each day to prepare them and thank them for their generosity. I'll also be motivating and fueling the riders through the long, hot roads of Oklahoma and Missouri. This year, I'm praying for young mothers and my team, especially those in college, through my asceticisms and prayers.
