Hello! My name is Elyse Sardegna. I am from Belvidere, Illinois but have been attending school at Oklahoma State University to study Industrial Engineering and Management.
When the founders of Biking for Babies cycled their first ride 16 years ago, their destination was near my hometown, so my family got to celebrate with them. Every year since then, this mission has been a highlight of my summer. This year I have the opportunity to ride as a Biking for Babies missionary for the first time.
The mission of Biking for Babies is to form young adult missionaries for life as well as to raise awareness and funds for pregnancy resource centers around the country. Our goal is to unite our physical suffering and prayers with the cross of Christ and the women who are experiencing difficult or unexpected pregnancies.
This year, I am blessed to be partnered with Martha's House of Hope in Ames, Iowa. They offer love, support, and a safe haven to women experiencing difficulties throughout their pregnancy.
Please join me in Biking for Babies' mission by making a gift towards my fundraising campaign. Your gift supports our mission to renew the culture of life by forming young adult missionaries and raising awareness and funds for pregnancy resource centers that support pregnant women across the country.
